This is a great free place to launch in Satsuma. They've got a nice boardwalk that runs along-side the inlet there for some great sit-down-relax dock fishing. They also have several picnic tables and grills. Be careful when launching your boat here during low tide. There is an extreme drop off at the end of the ramps.
